Plan a beef or processing order

Work through the shop’s cut choices, then review a sheet you can print or read over the phone.

You will see the finished sheet before anything is sent. Fill this in, review it, then send it to the shop, print it, or download it. Someone will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours to confirm the order. To talk it through now, call (979) 843-5211, Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Beef is priced per pound of hanging weight; the current rate is given on the call.

For freezer beef and for anything you bring us to process. Skip this section for smoked meats or other freezer items.

How do you want the loin cut? It is one or the other, not both — a T-bone is the strip and the filet left on the bone.
How thick do you want your steaks? Every steak is cut to the thickness you pick here.
Which steaks do you want? All available cuts are checked. Uncheck a cut to leave it off the steak list.
Keep these? Unchecked items appear under “Grind instead” on the review.
Which roasts do you want? Rump, chuck, and shoulder are checked separately. A side usually yields two to four of each. Add roast size in the notes if you know it.
How big do you want the packs of ground beef? Hamburger defaults to a 75/25 blend unless you specify otherwise. Put a different blend in the notes below.
Want any of it made into smokehouse products? Leave these blank if none are wanted.
